Simply Eggcellent round-up #3 – savoury

… what a lovely month May has been.  Well actually you can scrap that, it’s actually not been the best month ever with the back pain and the diverticulitis… plus the manic crazed work… to be honest i’ve felt like giving up the blog for a while but I’m thankful I persevered and i’m particularly grateful to all you lovely folk out there who’ve taken the time to enter the savoury version of simply eggcellent… it’s been a nice change from all the sweetness and I do love my eggs so the list is such beautiful inspiration…

    Gorgeous egg dishes and love the little eggy numbers Dom, hope you have a better month health wise in June! My eye is drawn to Jane's Egg Curry as my mum always used to make this in the 70's – a good frugal favourite:-) Keep up the good work and I look forward to next month:-)

    Ooh my, Susan't crepes look divine as does that spring onion tart – actually it all looks super delicious and it's probably just as well they are all chez toi, rather than chez moi 😉
