kitchen clear-out

23 July 2011 by Dominic Franks

the day has come at last for kitchen clear-out… the builders knock through on Monday and I will have no kitchen for three weeks… !!!

there will be some sporadic cooking… and the occasional post but I apologise now for an interruption to service and I pray you forgive me for my lack of blogging…

… I love you all… especially the ones that post me food…

oh and don’t forget to… eat and of course, enjoy!

    @ Victoria… don't worry, we're keeping the whole kitchen, just moving it around and giving it a paint job!

    @Gary… don't ever leave me!

    The same job for me next week ! Will be able to cook as the old kitchen units will be installed in the utility room.
    New kitchen ? Prolly somewhere near September.

    I am glad to read that you will re-use your kitchen cabinets and units, they look so lovely.
    I am looking forward to see the new kitchen !

    I don't remember how I got to your blog many months ago but I do remember it was the brautiful picture of your kitchen that made me want to take a look. Now of course it's your fun personality and great cooking that keeps me reading. Take plenty of photos!!!!

    What lovely comments! I cannot wait for it all to be done. It's mums birthday weekend and the family have been here so you can imagine the stress. But it's all cleared out now. Temporary kitchen set up in spare bedroom. Microwave meals, BBQ and pub lunches here we come!

    @FBMKW that's very lovely of you. I feel the love!
